How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
After processing and dispatch, estimated shipping or transit time is generally 7–15 business days.
Is shipping free?
Qualifying orders of $78 USD or more receive free standard shipping.
Can I return an item?
Eligible returns may generally be requested within 30 days after delivery. Please contact Customer Service before returning an item.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution.
How do I start a return?
Email service@savysfind.com before sending anything back. Our Customer Service team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
Where should I send my return?
Please wait for Customer Service to provide the appropriate return address. Do not send a return directly to the registered business address.
How will my refund be issued?
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
